kozhi rasam

kozhi rasam

Ingredients:

chicken bones  - 1/4 kg
onion               -  1/2 no
tomatoes          - 1no
ginger garlic      -  50 gm
paste
coriander          - 1 sprig
leaves
cinnamon          - 1no
cloves               - 6 no
turmeric pr        - 1tsp
chilli pr              - 3 tsp
coriander pr       - 2 tsp
tamarind            - lemon size half
lemon juice        - 1 tsp
salt                    - to need

Method:

Bring the chicken bone to a boil and remove the scum and wash it well
Again add the chicken bones to water and add rest of the ingredients except salt and lemon juice
Once the soup is boiled and the raw smell is off add lemon juice and salt and finish
serve with chopped coriander leaves on top
