RIDGEGUARD PEANUT MASALA

THIS RECIPE IS INSPIRED FROM MY MOM. IT'S ONE OF MY FAVORITE DISHES SINCE I GET  SOME ROASTED PEANUT TO EAT WHEN SHE MAKES. TRY OUT THIS
INGREDIENTS

RIDGEGUARD             -     250GM
ONIONS                      -      1 NO
TOMATO                     -      1 NO
curry leaves                    -      1 sprig
oil                                   -      100 ml
mustard seeds                 -      1/2 tsp
urad dhal                        _      1/2 tsp
split channa dhal              -      1/2 tsp
red chillies                       -      2 no
turmeric pr                      -      1tsp
chilli pr                            -     1tbsp
roasted peanut                -     50 gm

Method:

Heat the oil. make a tempering of curry leaves , mustard seeds, urad dhal and channa dhal.
Add onions and saute it well until it turns to brown.
Add th chopped tomatoes saute it for a while.
Add cut and deseeded ridgeguard to it.
Keep sauteeing it by adding turmeric pr and chilli pr.
once the ridgeguard is cooked add crushed peanuts and finish it with salt
